He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ruth Leonard of Estill Springs; his children, Mark Leonard (Emunah) of Savannah, Jeffery Leonard of Newport News, Tracy Lynch (Charles) of Winchester and Lori Cantrell (Kevin) of Mt. Juliet; and his sisters, Velma Boyd of Bristol, Tenn. and Kay Johnson of Bristol, Tenn..
