He is survived by: his children, Shirley Elliott (Wayne) of Decherd, Rebecca Gray (George) of Estill Springs, Ruth Carter (Gerron) of Tullahoma, Karen Rutherford (Stephen) of Greenville, Paul Collins of Nashville, Kenneth Douglas Collins of Estill Springs and Darrel Collins of Estill Springs; and his grandchildren, Bruce Noblitt, Brian Noblitt, Kim Dudley, Kirstie Dudley, Jerome Newton, Melanie Hill, Courtney Kendrick, Derek Elliott, Stephanie Fulcher, Jason Carter, Jonathan Rutherford, Leauna King, Kyle Collins, Chasity Magouirk, Dayton Winton, Nathan Collins and Matthew Collins. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
