He is survived by: his children, James Harmon (Theresa) of Tullahoma, Debra Borgman (Lee) of Springville, Tenn, Vicki Harmon of Tullahoma and Elizabeth Rice (Jerry) of Estill Springs; and his siblings, Edward Bair (Jean) of Pennsylvania and Wanda Bair (Bonnie Kirkland).
