He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Sisk and Sally Ann Stubblefield Sisk; his daughter Angela Sisk; his grandson Jason Pennington; and his brothers, Grover, Delbert, Vernon, John Henry, Jr. and Floyd Sisk.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sisk of Belvidere; his children, Steven Sisk of Winchester and Gray Medley of Belvidere, Bonus; his nephew Donnie Gifford of Belvidere, Bonus; his grandchildren, Joey Sisk of Rock Vale, Jill Henley of Nashville, Brylee Sisk of Hillsboro and Baylen Sisk (S. Navy); and his siblings, Lester Sisk of Winchester, Earl Sisk of Midlothian, A. J. Sisk of Ellijay, Clarisy Holman of Ga, Clyde Sisk of Belvidere and Linda Shetters.
