She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Jack" Blanton and Bonnie Evelyn Mae Blanton; her husband Kenneth Lewis; her son Christopher Lewis; and her sister Jacqueline Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Bolinger (Nathan) of Muncie, IN and Cody Lewis of Estill Springs, TN; her grandchildren, Adelaide and Ezra Bolinger of Muncie, IN; her daughter-in-law Melody Lewis of Grove City, OH; her sister Sharon Coffelt (Ronald) of Sherwood, TN; and her sister-in-law Gail Gilliam (Charles) of Estill Springs, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
