We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Willie Amelia Ray of Erwin, Tennessee, born in Bakersville, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will McKinney and Bessie Byrd McKinney; her husband Frank C. Ray; and her daughter-in-law Marie Lyons Ray. She is survived by: her sons, Scott and Charles (Lynne); her grandchildren, Tommy (Alli), Evan (Jen) and Jenny Carvalho (Holland); and her great grandchildren, Bergen, Amelia, Everett and Emarie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Valley Funeral Home (1085 N Main Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by serving a neighbor in need.
