It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lee Bailey of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on August 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Bailey and Eva Bailey (Harr); and his sister Helen Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Jody Bailey (Duckett); his daughters, Karen Combs (Lewis) and Rachel Norris; and his grandchildren, Logan Combs and Kailee Norris.
