We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020, at the age of 73, Vernon J Phillips (Erwin, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Phillips and Faye Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Beals Phillips; his children, Angela Tester (Pat), Nikki Casey (JJ) and Scott (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kaylee Tester, Connor Tester, Dawson Casey and Levi Phillips; and his brother Tom Phillips.

There will be no formal visitation and the family requests those attending to wear masks.
