She is survived by: her parent Josephine Randolph (Salts); her daughters, Katherine Bailey and Fay Bailey (Verlin); her grandchildren, Douglas Harlan Bailey, Timothy Lee Bailey, William Chad Bailey, Angela Bailey and Justin Bailey; her great grandchild Lindsey Bailey of Sage Bailey; and her sister Betty Effler.
