He is survived by: his wife Linda Higgins; his daughters, Christy Higgins Culbertson (Jamie), Trisha Higgins Keplinger (Mark) and Pam Higgins Harris (Jason); his grandchildren, Derrick Culbertson, Markus Keplinger, Nicholas Keplinger, Eli Harris and Ali Harris; and his siblings, Rita Smith, Jack Higgins (Laura) and Kenneth Higgins.
