As we bid Timothy Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Lee Rice and Sharon Stacey; his grandmothers, Ruby Holcomb and Thelma Briggs; his daughter Madison Metcalf of Erwin; and his siblings, Kevin Rice of Erwin and Wanda Rice of Flag Pond.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests the memorial donations be made in Timothy's name to the Unicoi County Animal Shelter, 185 N Industrial Drive, Erwin, TN 37650.
