He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Harris and Isabelle Hughes Harris; his wife Rosa Lee McIntosh Harris; his children, James Edward Harris and Sharon Lorraine Harris; and his siblings, Ernest, Charlie, Gurnie, Sam Harris and Edith Toney.
He is survived by: his grandchild T. V.; and his son John Harris (Rose). He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
