She was predeceased by: her parents, Jobie Randolph and Mae Randolph (Runion); her grandparents, Linda and Carl Runion; and her son Leonard "Spud" Yates.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Eugene Yates; her daughters, Lisa Frazier (Raymond) of Erwin, Amanda Leonard (George) of Johnson City and Robin Hyder (Mike) of Elizabethton; her grandchildren, Caleb Frazier (Margaret) of Jonesborough, Delilah Greer (Alex) of Albany, NY, Julia Leonard of Johnson City, Deidra Leonard of Johnson City and Jackson Leonard of Johnson City; her great grandchildren, Ruby Frazier of Jonesborough, Everette Frazier of Jonesborough, Abel Greer of Albany, NY and Brandon Leonard of Johnson City; her siblings, Linda Faye English, Gail Randolph, Sandy Thorpe, Johnny Randolph and Ronnie Randolph; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Yates; and also Mike Hyder. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
