He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Csakai and John Michael Rubarski. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Rubarski; his daughter Victoria Rubarski; his brothers, John Rubarski, Hector Mendoza and Paul Mendoza; and his great-aunt Dale Garai. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
