He was predeceased by: his parents, E. T. Keefer, Jr. and Edna Kindle Keefer; and his brothers, Ronald Keefer of Maryland and Thomas Keefer of Arizona. He is survived by: his wife Ella Phillips Keefer; his daughters, Mona Archer of Medina, OH and Kristy Young (Rob) of Destin, FL; his grandchildren, Kody Archer of Brunswick, OH, Kristen Archer of Berea, OH, Keefer Young of Destin and Elliot Young of Destin; and his siblings, Donald Keefer (Nancy) and Cindy Koontz (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
