He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Foster Miller of Erwin, TN, Robert E. Foster II of Erwin, TN and Falon Nicole Vallie of Erwin, TN; his grandchildren, Cory Allen Bailey, Tiffany Blair Rogers, Robert Dyllan Chase Foster, Makenzie Foster and Harrison Foster; and his great grandchildren, Brayhdon Vallie, Wyatt Vallie, Jaxon Vallie, Neyla Vallie, Christopher W. Ball, Katie Ann Rogers, Jessica Rogers and Lester Rogers III.
