He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Adkins and Gladys Pate Adkins; and his brother Terry Adkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Willard Adkins (Geneva), Jo Ann Patton (Bobby) and Kathy Hardin (Howard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
