We bid farewell to Reba Hollifield of Erwin, Tennessee, born in Nebo, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 14, 2025 at the age of 84. Reba touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Jaynes and Rosa Lee Edwards Jaynes; her daughter Paulette Hollifield Ayers; and her sister Jeanette Noblitt. She is survived by: her husband Paul Kenneth Hollifield; her daughters, Kathy Shelton (Craig Shelton) of Flag Pond and Christine Hughes (Richard) of Erwin; her grandchildren, Nikki Willis (Lyle), Candace Shelton Simerly (Jon), Amanda Hollifield (Joshua Cavinder), Kendall Shelton Muhn (Daniel) and Camille Boccia (Lex); her great grandchildren, Kylee Muhn, Keri Muhn, Johanna Simerly, Gavin Willis, Ziya Boccia, Eszie Boccia and Isaiah Boccia; and her siblings, Jimmy Jaynes and Doris Wise (Forrest) of Nebo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home and Chapel (720 Ohio Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at the Roselawn Memory Gardens (3033 S Roan St, Johnson City, TN 37601).
