He is survived by: his children, Ronald Higgins, Ricky Higgins, Terry Joe "TJ" Willis (Sam), Connie Tipton and Myrtle "Mernie" Norris; his sisters, Patricia McKinney, Ann McIntosh and Stella Horning (Fred); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Higgins and Ann Morrison (Don); his brother Alvin Higgins (Alta); his brother-in-law Bobby Price (Pat); his grandson Shawn Parker; his niece Lorraine Higgins; his pets, Lil Man and Littlest Bit; and his close friends, Finetta Quillen, Scott Jones and Scott Fowler.
