It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Callahan May of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away on October 26, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Mashburn and Rita Mashburn (Garland); her brother Bob Mashburn; and her former husband Leeroy Callahan. She is survived by: her husband Allen Lou May; her children, Cindy Simmons (Tim), Debbie Whitson (Tim), Renee Arrwood (Kim), Patrick Callahan and Jeff Callahan (Tammy); her daughters-in-law, Julie Lowrey (Ron) and Melinda Dowling (Rick); and her grandchildren, Josh Simmons, Kelly Bell, Holly Blankenship, Jordan Simmons, Rachel Davis, Brandon Arrwood, Chris Nance and Brad Nance. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Patsy's name to the Unicoi County Animal Shelter, 185 N Industrial Drive, Erwin, TN 37650.
