He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Francis, Sr. and Allene Pratt Francis Greer; his daughter Deborah Lynn Francis Flood; and his siblings, Tom Francis, Lamira Slagle and Elizabeth Royston.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Martin Francis; his grandsons, Howard Flood and Barry Flood; his great grandchildren, Madison, Grayson and Olivia Flood; and his brother Orlis Francis.
