She was predeceased by: her parents, Lige Foster and Ruby Gentry Foster; her husband Billy J. Tipton; and her daughter Shirley Ann Tipton. She is survived by: her sister Linda Jones (Allen); her sister-in-law Patty Livingston; her nieces and nephews, Megan Foster, Calen Jones and Makena Senn (Greg); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Noah Jones, Lelun Senn, Sam Jones, Areyah Senn and Leo Jones.
