She was predeceased by: her parents, N. L. Baxter and Ethel Willis Baxter; her husband Thomas "T. J." Runion; her daughter Sheila Story (Larry); and her siblings, Bill D. Baxter, Eleanor Bacon, Gladys Squires, Thelma Clouse, Elsie Frater, Martha Dick and Glenna Hall.
