She was predeceased by: her parents, W. S. Lewis, Jr. and Myrtle Lewis (Banner); her husband Donnie Ray Hensley; her brothers, Lionel Lewis, Kent Lewis and Michael Lewis; and her grandsons, Alex Bocock, Adam Bocock and Joshua Bocock.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Beth Bocock of Madison, WI; her grandchildren, Benjamin Bocock (Mallorie), Jesse Bocock (Jaime), Caleb Bocock (Caylee Tilson) and Melodie Bocock (Fletcher Kirkland); and her great grandchildren, Christian Bocock, Owen Bocock and Lillian Bocock.
