She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Cannon and Lula Cannon (Bradford); her husbands, James McVay, Connelly Vanover and P. Stissel; her son Harold McVay; and her siblings, Doris Edwards, Ford Cannon, Stanley Cannon, Fred Cannon and Lester Cannon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Daisy Higgins of Burnsville, NC, Esther Williams (Kenneth) of Burnsville, NC and Ted Cannon of Jonesborough, TN; her grandson Heath McVay (Tracy) of Erwin, TN; and her great grandchild Kylie Street.
