She was predeceased by: her husband E. Elmer Bain Jr.; and her parents, Martha Jane Gibbs of Jackson, TN. and Hugh McCorry Gibbs of Jackson, TN.. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Lewis (Michael) of Erwin, Melinda Bain (Matthew Stintz) of Centreville, MD and E. E. "Tom" Bain III (Nashville) of Erwin; her grandchildren, Jessica Gallant (Jean-Nicolas) of Nashville, William Lewis (Robin) of Poolesville, MD, Emily Stintz of Washington, DC and Molly Mae Bain (Nashville) of Erwin; and her great grandchildren, Brigitte, Arthur, Marie Gallant of Nashville and Reed Lewis of Poolesville, MD.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Erwin Presbyterian Church (105 N Elm Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall.
