She was predeceased by: her parents, Geter Deaton and Martha Deaton (Miller); and her brothers, James Deaton and Glen Deaton. She is survived by: her husband Fritz Bernard Masters; her children, Cindy Willis (Greg) and Randall Masters (Emily); her grandchildren, Jonathan Grindstaff (Jessica), Caleb Grindstaff (Angel), Nora Masters and Holden Masters; her great grandchildren, Emily Holder, Lukas Holder and Elias Grindstaff; her siblings, Pearl Peterson, Shirley Walker (John) and Herb Deaton (Linda); her sister-in-law Val Deaton; and also Numerous.
Flowers will be accepted or in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Marie's name to Chestoa Baptist Church, Building Fund, 2170 Chestoa Pike, Erwin, TN 37650.
