She is survived by: her significant other Mike Padgett; her children, Candie Lewis (Jake) and Michael Hampton (April); her grandchildren, McKain Poole, Brittany Hampton and Ryan Hampton; her great grandchild Mia Ponce of Alexander Brown; her sisters, Teresa Peterson, Lana Harris and Tootsie Harrell; and her friend Liz Salling.
