She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Tolley and Ruth Bennett Morgan; her siblings, Junior, Robert Tolley and Helen Williams; and her brothers-in-law, Fredrick Huskins and Lee Sturgill.
She is survived by: her son Reverend Cecil Scott Woodby (Rebecca) of Erwin; her sisters, Carolyn Avelar (Bob), Evelyn Huskins and Bonnie Sturgill; her granddaughter Sarah Coffie; her niece Lucille; her great-niece Kathy Lee; and her sister Patsy Sparks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Robert Ledford Funeral Home and Chapel (720 Ohio Ave, Erwin, TN 37650). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
