He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Masters and Myrtle Masters (Johnson); his wife Melissa Dawn Masters (Norris); and his brother Tim Masters. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra "Sandy" Ann Miller (Teddy) of Johnson City; his grandsons, Wade Daniel Miller of Johnson City and Camen Andrew Miller of Johnson City; his sister Nina Crain (Eddie Mack); his sister-in-law Faye Masters; and his nieces and nephews, Dwayne Crain, Scott Crain (Marsha), Mark Masters (Shawn), Kevin Masters (Jordan) and Kelly Masters.
