She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolphus Runion and Atlas Phillips McKinney; and the father of her children Melvin T. Gerry, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Melvin T. Gerry, Sr.; her children, Terry Gerry Foley, Kimberly Gerry Anderson, Melvin T. Gerry, Jr., Eugene G. Gerry and Nadine L. Gerry; and her sister Esther Wasson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
