She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Franklin and Verta Mildred Haynes (Corn). She is survived by: her husband Clifton Garland; her daughter Lisa Lugina Lynch; her brothers, Donald Slagle (United States Navy) and Sergeant Bobby Gene Haynes; her daughters, Teresa Harris (Robert) and Rossanna Aldrich (Jeff); her grandchildren, Richard Thomas (Rae), Nia Rice (Billy), Katherine Bagby (Jared), Stephen Wilson (Natosha) and Nick Harris (Shea); her great grandchildren, Phoenix Holt, Tenley Holt, Blaize Holt, AJ Holt, Tiernee Thomas, Johnathan Rice, Jackson, Baby Bagby, Zion Reddick, Saige Wilson, Logan Bowling and Luna Harris; her pet Chip Bagby; and her siblings, Terry Haynes (Rebecca) of Flag Pond, TN, Amelia Harris of Fredrick, MD, Charlotte Ann Rice (Kenneth) of Erwin, TN and Linda Jane English.
