She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Smith; her grandparent Sam Smith; her children, Terry Lynn White and Patricia Ann Holcombe; her great grandchild Abby Star Cottle; and her aunts and uncles, Willie Smith, James Smith, Frankie Smith Harris, Rena Smith and Florence Smith.
She is survived by: her parent Lora Jones Smith; her grandparent Annie Ambrose Smith; her spouse Robert L. White, Jr.; her son Richard White of Erwin; her grandchildren, Jason Holcombe, Beth Bowman and Jill Chamblee; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Emily, David, Jonathan Holcombe, Michaela Campbell and Bethany Cottle; her siblings, Bernie Jones and Beatrice Jones Harris; and her daughter-in-law Abby White. She is also survived by two great-great grandchildren; special cousins.
