She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Belle Williams; her grandparents, James Wilford Bailey and Pansy Bailey; her siblings, Cecil Wesley Bailey, Charles Leonard Bailey, Norma Jean Williams and Glenda Ledford; her children, David Hollis Vestal, Jason Daniel Vestal and Lisa Nicole Yates; her grandchildren, Kayona Yates, Zeiken Joshua Pate and Adalynn Rain Pate; her siblings, Fran Broyles (Harold), Jana Lane (Mike), Shannon Ledford, Lillian Edwards (Benny), Daniel Wayne Bailey, Bob Bailey, Dennis Bailey, John Bailey, Ballard Bailey and Clarence Bailey; her close friends, Rita Yates, Jamie and Julie; and her nieces and nephews, Laina Barnett, Eddie Danielle Holt, Dalton Bailey and Phillip Kyker.
