She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Mabel Ingram Bennett; her husband James Blaine "JB" Price, Sr.; her son James "Sharky" Price; and her great grandchild Adrianna Kniceley.
She is survived by: her daughter Joanna Shelton of Bristol, VA; her grandchildren, Stephen Price (Joni), Vincent Price and Christal Engle (Josh); her great grandchildren, Taylor Price, Dustin Sheets, Selena Price, Justin Price, Ryan Engle, Aydan Price and Aaliyah Engle; and her great great grandchild Phoenix Price. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters along with several nieces and nephews.
