He is survived by: his daughters, Denisa "De De" Cooper, Mitzi Bowen and Libby Lewis; his grandchildren, Brian Bowen (Kayla), Heather Cooper Adams (Jonathan), Jada Collins and Taylor Collins; his great grandchildren, Marlee Powell and Madi Bowen; his siblings, Ray Lewis and Norma Johnson; and his caregiver Becky Allen.
