She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dollar and Viola Koski Dollar; and her brother Stephen Dollar. She is survived by: her husband James Dale Foster; her sons, John Foster, James D. Foster, II and Joe Foster; her granddaughter Kyndall Foster; and her sister Nancy Mazola. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
