She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Washburn and Nettie Washburn (Carpenter); her former husband JB Buchanan; her husband Robert "Bob" McNeil; and her siblings, Elva Elliott, Mary Huskins, Betty Jarrett and James Washburn.

She is survived by: her children, Marquita Tittle (Keith) and Ricky Buchanan (Vicky); her grandson Jake Tittle (Alana); her siblings, John Washburn (Bertha), Rachel Greene (Johnny), Kimesia Burleson (JC) and Joan Hall (Jim); and her niece Sondra Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Juanita's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
