He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Huskins and Arlene Strickland Huskins. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Nichols Huskins; his children, Lee Huskins (Tunya) of Erwin and Dominique Bowen (Nick) of Unicoi; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Huskins Anderson (Seth), Keeli Huskins, Madalin Huskins, Lillyahnah Harris, Indi Bowen and Finlee Bowen; his great grandchild Kaysen Anderson; his brothers, Robert "Butch" Huskins and Dwight Huskins (Joyce); his close friends, David Stepp, Greg Hart and Lester Benoit; and his kitties, Suki and Sophie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Joseph to: The Alzheimer's Association and/or The Parkinson's Association.
