He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Owens and Dorothy Owens. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Owens; his children, Johnny, Jessica, Jasmaine, Teeha, Tiffany, Brittany and Madaya; his siblings, Hobert Owens, Robert Owens, Louise Ellenburg and Tammy Dabbs; and his close friends, Rhonda Hart, Charles Peters and Phil Godley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 step children.
