He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Donzella and Concetta Burfatto Donzella; his wife Adelina R. Donzella; and his siblings, George Donzella, Angie DeSoto, Nellie Voltararo and Nellie Guerrieri.
He is survived by: his children, John C. Donzella (Christine), David Donzella (Robin Bepler) and Darlene Donzella Riddle (James); and his grandchildren, Genevieve, Michele, Derek, Ryan, Anthony and James. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
