She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Robert and Melba Gilbert (Tinker); her husband George Robert Tipton; her children, Robert Tipton, Donald Tipton and Zebbie Tipton Brandt; and her grandsons, Chad Campbell and Keith Banner.
She is survived by: her children, George Tipton (Carol), Danny Tipton (Judy), Johnny Tipton (Sue) and Elaine Banner (Gerald); and her son-in-law Fred Brandt. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Jessie's name to Lily Dale Christian Church, 1151 Martin Creek Road, Erwin, TN 37650.
