He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Williams and Irene Williams (Phillips); his son Richard Williams; his siblings, Ernest Williams and Joyce Barnett (Williams); and his brother-in-law Gary English.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Williams (Harris); his former wife Pat Williams (Ayers); his children, Keith Williams (Tracie), Timothy Harris and Pamela Roosa (Dillon); his sister Betty English (Williams); his sisters-in-law, Brenda Figgins and Diane Williams; and his grandchildren, Michael Williams, Nathan Williams, Seth Sherman (Amber), Julia Windham (Cory) and Gabriel Roosa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
Jessie Carl Williams, 77, went to be with the Lord after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease on Thursday, January 20, 2022.
