She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren G. Hampton and Daris Hampton (Phillips); her husband Jimmy R. Quillen; her mother-in-law Winnie Quillen; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Higgins, Lucille Tesnear and Luella Higgins.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ray Quillen (April) and Kimberly Quillen; her grandchildren, Kristal Wilson, Joseph Ray Quillen, II and Leah Faith Quillen; her sister-in-law Finetta Quillen; and her pets, Harper and Chip.
