She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Monroe and Nellie Anetta Booth Clark; her husband William H. "Bill" Bowman; and her siblings, Leonard, Ted, Tom, Herman (Doug Clark), Edith Poore, Margaret Dickey and Mary Mardis.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Bowman (Cindy), Scott Bowman (Nell Ann), Sabrina Watts (William), Christy Bowman and Carol Bowman; her grandsons, Brandon Bowman, Josh Bowman, Cody Bowman, Seth Bowman, Corey Silvers, Jake Cannon, Nathan Bennett, Ethan Bennett and Aaron Bennett; and her sister Christy Bowman. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Appalachian Funeral Home (800 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:50 AM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Et Evergreen Cemetery (1100 7th St, Erwin, TN 37650).
