He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Banner and Ida Jane Banner (Hensley); his son Keith Banner; and his siblings, Pauline McNabb, Eugene Banner, Guy Banner, Eddie Banner, Niles Banner, Ferrell Banner, Arnold Banner and Larry Banner.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tipton Banner; his children, Andy Banner and Kim Neal (Michael); and his grandchildren, Heather Banner, Latosha Banner, Jeremy Banner, Jacob Banner, Jamie Banner and Kristin Abner. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
