It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Frank Bailey of Erwin, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 79, on October 14, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Bailey and Virgie Watts Bailey; his brothers, Denny Bailey (Shirley) and Harold Bailey; his father-in-law Nathan Woodby; his siblings-in-law, Penny and Sam Keesecker; and his nephews, Brian Bailey and Thomas Simerly.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Woodby Bailey; his daughters, Donna Jo Bailey and Mary Bailey Ball (Roy); his brother Harley Bailey (Kathy); his mother-in-law Lucy Woodby; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Woodby (Beverly), Betty Bailey and Teresa Simerly (Max); his grandchildren, Dani Jo Atkin (George), Jessie Ball, Colton White (Ashley), Zack Ball (Talor) and Bailey Ball; and his great grandchildren, Anna, Isabella, Eli, Waylon, Kash, Kade, Sofia, Olivia and Lainey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and his dog, Buddy.
Those planning to attend are to meet at the cemetery by 2:55 P. M. Due to Covid-19 recommendations, family and friends in attendance are requested to wear a protective face covering and practice social distancing.
The family requests that those who prefer to make memorial donations in Frank's name in-lieu-of flowers, please do so to the Alzheimer's Association of Northeast Tennessee, 2020 Meadowview Pkwy.
