With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Aline Phillips of Erwin, Tennessee, born in Unicoi, Tennessee, who passed away on April 19, 2021 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Warren and Mattie Phillips (Booth); her sister Thelma Eloise Phillips; and her pet Cody. She is survived by: her son Darrell Harris; and her close friend Dr. Joe Chambers.
