She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Treadway and Kate Frye (Phillips); her husband Cecil Jackson Bailey; her grandson Ryan Bogart; her son-in-law Gregg Bogart; her brother Donald Treadway; and her nephew Gregory Buckles.
She is survived by: her daughter Jo Bogart of Erwin; her sisters, Mary Jo Gilley (Harrison) of Knoxville and Patricia Buckles of Matthews, NC; and her close friends, Patricia Frazier, Myra Ann Preston and Bill Ray.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the safety of our families, guests and staff, the family has requested that masks or face coverings be worn at all times while attending services.
