We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 70, Elizabeth Ann Hicks of Erwin, Tennessee, born in Welch, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Howell and Elizabeth Betty Howell; her husband James "Jim" Harry Hicks; her daughter Elizabeth "Beth" Haleyda Cloyd (B. R.); and her granddaughter Elizabeth Paige Rosenbaum.
